How can I make my subs punchier
I'm sure with a bigger box I could have hit the lows louder. But a single RE HC 15" woofer hits the lows so friggin loud
The type r's are a great woofer IMO. If I was to buy again, I'd probably get 4 Type R 12's and put them in a wall [img]smile.gif[/img]

I've got my subs crossed over at 50hz @12db/oct. This is going to sound crazy, but try lowering your X.O. point and see how it sounds.

And I bet you already shop at Radio Shack </font>[/QUOTE]i would venture a guess here say that if all 12" subwoofers are "sloppy" that you havent heard many 12" woofer systems, you said that "i've always found 12's to be sloppy", are you talking about your 12's or all 12's in gereral becuase thats how it sounded, i didny say i was an expert but your statment was very general
