To be honest (as I always am), I don't think RF is the only good gear around... I just think that it is stupid that everyone loves to trash it, yet you would never see Alpine/focal/Audioson degragated by many so called "audiophiles" even though all three have had their own troubles.

For the record, I do like RF gear (probably the main reason I worked for them -- I wonder how many other guys can honestly say that); however, I would be the first to admit that other brands offer value too.

Finally and frankly I don't give a rat's *** what you think Slow... until I see a post of merit on your behalf that shows KNOWLEDGE I will stick to those whose opinions I value ie Dukk, Defro, PEI, Keith, Westec, et al.

 

Mike, I do not look for peoples praise of my knowledge. If people want to listen to my post then I hope they gain from them.

It is great to be loyal to a brand, As I am to some as well. I still think you can be loyal to a brand and admit to it having serious issues. Which you didnt and agrued to the grave even though it is a proven fact.

I have been a member of this board for some time and think that I have made many valid points and arguements. Im sure many board member can attest to my knowledge.

You always come to someones defence like your the big brother to protect them. Like in this case you knew nothing about the fun I was poking at brandon yet you choose to defend him.

I think we have all said silly things on here now and again... sometimes we get called on it sometimes not. I do not think there are too many posers on this board who really have zero knowledge (though I am trying), they usually stay in the donut shop and chat away carefully avoiding the SPL, SQ and Install threads. We have all sinned and fallen short, so to speak so I will not throw too many stones.
But posting wanna-be equipment is trying to infer credibility, I am sorry ... one is either credible or not credible and that is derived (vice implied) by the words used. My suggestion is to simply fly on your own merit, and take criticism as an opportunity to upgrade

 

First off, let me appologize. I thought you were serious in that I don't have what's in my sig. While it's true that I put things in that I WOULD like to have, my sig right now, needs to be seriously updated. No, I don't have K2's, why'd I put them in? because I was very close to owning a set and changed my mind before I spent 1200 bucks on a comp set. Is that a crime? Naw, I don't think so.

I DO however, own a Behringer 8024 which is being replaced by the 2496 unit sometime next week hopefully if it was shipped out this week. Don't believe me? Sucks to be you.I'll have pics as soon as I get my digi cam back. Don't believe me that I have an 8250Ti and DRX-9255? Get your eyes checked. Don't believe I have 5WS's? again, wait till I get my digi cam back.

For the record, I did say, what, 3-4 years ago, that I had an Astro with some stupid amount of subs in it. I had an Astro, it had some subs in it, it was nothing special, I coulda swore I already stated that.

And Richard, if you don't want to believe anything I say, than all the power to you, personally I think you're being childish, but whatever, you and I have had our differences, we stay away from eachothers threads, and you know what? I greatly appreciate that you do. I don't need to argue with you, or anyone else,I especially don't need to bash you, that'd be the pot calling the kettle black. You stated your oppinion, as I have many times, I get bashed for it, I don't need to though.

I know what I have, if you choose not to believe me....so what, it's not affecting my life so why should I care? Hell, why should you care? Does it really affect so many people that the world can't continue because I say something that people don't agree with or believe?
