this one is not sto and go. seems the carpet should come out really easy but the seats have to be taken out.

 

ya front seats unbolted and take the rear seats out then unscrew the plastic plates in the floor where the seats where. take a pic of whats under there i didnt take it all out but im curious to see what there

It's always nice to see someone with lots of experience asking for tips and tricks. It tells me that he's not an old dog, unwilling to learn new things.

 

I think that one has a grommet just below and to the left of the brake pedal under the carpet. Very easy to get at. Some cable goes through it I remember, no wires, just a cable for something, but can't remeber what.

Also, if the wire is 10 awg or smaller (not much point), than you could use the grommet that the hood release cable goes through above driver shock tower.

 

over the gas peddle 1ft over can fit 0 gauge if you replace the grommet of cut a whole in it so far never seen that whole under the carpet

 

Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong year? Those 2 grommets I'm thinking of are there for last 3 body styles.
