I'll do it for free if you come up to Brampton on Saturday. Won't cost you $30 for gas to take a drive. I would drive out there, but my wheel bearings are on their last legs and I don't want to take any chances.

as for your amp settings, its tricky to explain online, its best to have someone who knows what they're doing do it in person, but the best thing i can tell you is to start by setting your lpf to somewhere around 80 hz -- thats where i've seen most amps set to, mine is around the same, keeps most of the higher bass notes out, with the help of an HPF on your deck it will create a better sound environment.
the gain i would leave at the NOM postition, and just turn up the DB (ie Bass EQ) until until the subwoofer sounds distorted, then back off a bit. it won't be the same as setting it with an oscilloscope but its the best way i can describe it.

oh wait, and if it the sub is brand new don't turn it up to high, you need to let the suspension loosen up ie break in the sub. you'll know its broken in because it will play louder than usual at the lower volume
