I have came to this conclusion.
The Cavalier don't like snow/ice. Was dropping off Danielle at home today from work heading back home this neoen decides to stop for the yellow light instead of just keep going since it was icy/snowy the salt wasn't doing anything I was doing about 15-20km/hour maybe.. Needless to say I rear ended her!! This is the outcome of my car...

The last image I was starting to try and put it back together abit so I could use my left headlight it was hanging as you could see, I have more of the parts in the trunk so I plan on getting that tape *not sure what it's called* but you can get it to match ur colour sorta... and hold all the parts together best as I can until I can afford the deductible or depening on the cost I may just buy a new bumper from the junk yard if I can and just replace it myself with my wifes accident last year our insurance is going up like 40% now becaues of this damn accident. So if I can I am trying not to bother with going through insurance if I can.... This snow and **** can leve already!!! I needa truck! lol

**** man that sucks... glad it wasnt worse... looks like you could fix it for under five or six bills...
You will probably have to get parts from dealer.. which cost... the wreckn yard is definaly worth a shot... I just dont see that many 2004 cavi's being there...
How fast were you going ?
How was the other car ?
Id talk to your insurance company... if the other guy makes a claim against you, you might as well make a claim yourself.....

You should tell your insurance broker regardless, just let him/her know you may not file a claim. If the third party driver (who you hit) files a claim for damages (because you are at fault), you don't want the insurance company finding out before you let them know. Call your broker and discuss the options. It doesn't look like the damages are very bad, but these days it doesn't take much! At least nobody was hurt ..
wow thats nuts....well at least ya wernt hurt and thats the main thing...crap many!! that looks like crazy $$$
wish ya luck

EDIT: Check it out but a body kit might be cheaper then OEM from the stealership.. check it out to save ya some money... but if theres any damage to the frame maybe it would be best to go through insurance...

Doug if they wanna take a claim out on you take it to court or fight with the fact that the weather was part of the accident inwhich it was. Most people get off with that excuse.
And it would suck if you had a body kit on that car simply because its harder and probably more expensive to replace the kit parts rather than stock parts.
I could see the scrap yard havin quite a few parts possibly if you goto the right one simply because most kids these days tend to drive the crapaliers and smash 'em up so may not be hard to come by. Check online for scrap yards too, I found my part online for $150 (not to bad considering its old)
