I have came to this conclusion.
I was just gonna ask a question about insurance, if I don't bother going through with the insurance will it still go up? Or if the other chick does do the claim will that effect the insurance anyway? I mean her damage is the neon's bumper and the trunk will be to be aligned so her's doesn't look expensive either. As for the bumper I don't expect alot either in the ways of replacements wether it be 2003 or 2004 I was thinkin of just going aftermark as well I don't want anything to stupid something like look stock just abit more aggresive looking..

Doug why not check in your local car parts shop for a head light
The black one I agree is nice but you may have to stick with the whole kit or it'll look funny lol

Mmm it's not that aggresive so it may look fine but we will see, I am going to call the junk yard 2morrow and see what I can find... I mean if I am screwed for my insurance going up then I might as well go through insurance but if it will stay down by fixing on my own then I will do that....

I think you should make Danielle pay for it since it was her fault you were there in the first place.
Honestly though, that sucks.
I'll say it again like I did in the Fall: I hate the frickin' winter time. And look at that, it's snowing outside again.............g-r-e-a-t.

I dont think there is much he could take to civil court, and he never mentioned charges being laid... so I dont think there is much to take to court...
