Some places do sell relocation kit. I know Peterborough has a Performance Shop by the name of Clarke's on the Parkway by Crawford I think. They may be able to give you more Ideas rob.

Earlier BMWs I heard had batteries in the trunk. Maybe try to check one out and see how they did it.

BMW's still have the batteries in the trunk, which I think is a good Idea. If you want to relocate to the trunk, all you have to do is replace and extend all the wires already going to the battery right now. Use wire loom or anything that will protect the wire when rerouting. why would you want to put the battery in the trunk anyway?? Need the space??

an 03 M3 has a nice large one in the trunk.... if you go with some of the newer GM models I know that they are located from factory in trunk..... my Ion for example....

Well I'm not getting a brand new car. But I have an opitma yellow top and well I plan on getting a red top. I want put the two of them in my trunk of the car I'm saving for. But I wanted to know if there is any places on the net that shows you how to relocate the battery to the trunk.
