Tint Fines?
meh *shrug* I suppose the IL.
I don't really care if its illegal or not, I'll get it on, I'll apperciate it while it lasts, and who knows could be hours or years untill an officier fines me, or makes me remove it and I will do so.

So if a dealer installs it that makes it legal? Maybe I am just confused here, if it is illegal, it is illegal for all. If a dealer is flagrantly breaking the law, in a lawyers world, that they would continue to set themselves up for disaster. I would really like to see how someone can win a dispute about window tint on the front windows when the MVA clearly states.

Now this is pretty simple to understand, no gaps to drive a truck through either. So if one was to get off of this kind of ticket, it was not for the ticket being written for the infraction, it is for something else. If you were to get off on a ticket like this, do tell how you got past it, I would love to hear this as I can then legally tint all of my customers cars based on your precedent. You are aware that this kind of infraction can and does result in a VI and/or immediate towing of your vehicle from the roadway? So if the officer is having a particularily bad day as he just came from an accident scene involving the young male driver killing himself and a innocent bystander, you think you are going to get off easy? I think not. No offence intended dude but you are a walking talking statistic that we hear about all the time, next time we hear about it, I hope we are not hearing that it is you.
No offence to the guys posting, I am battling the arguement here, not you guys.

Yeah, you can pay tickets at Autoplan agents and those Driver Services Centers, but the money goes to the province.
I think the marijuana prescriptions come from doctors btw.

Would it be under "stunting" or what? Do police even really enforce this, like i see some newer cars that have tint factory on the drivers side and passenger side windows. Do those people get fined? just curious wanted to get 50% on my D/P side windows, found out apparently its illegal and you can be fined.
