Not as much as the 1" MDF weighed
Entire car except the head liner - well maybe haven't decided worried it's going to fall over the winter.

All looks amazing, but I am not too sure about swapping the TN52 for that XT25. That Focal sounds amazing. XT25 likes to be on-axis, and sounds horrible off-axis. Just disaster. Thought I would let you know to think twice about the swap.

I know what you mean. I have two layers in my doors, but I have so much air movement, the air is escaping through the lock on the side of the door, and the air movement is resonating the metal as it escapes. I don't know what to do. What a ****-off. And I dont want to cross higher. I love it at 60hz.

The TN52's are crazy bright and I'm going to experiment prior to final fabrication!
Thanks for re-informing me on the axis positions for both tweeters. I'm going to try on-axis w/ XT25 first and off axis with the TN52's. I'll be able to A/B them easily with Dean connectors ( idea thanks to FOZZZ )
I'm willing to entertain other ideas if anyone has them.
Ultimately I'd like to use a pair of these:
but $400+ea is out of my reach!
