in case you dont know, you have an amazing subwoofer. i suggest taking that amp back and considering a new amp. check the for sale ads here on the forum for some great deals. ideally your looking for something that does between 500-800rms @ 2 ohms.

as for your wiring, check out knukonceptz.com as they have some of the greatest priced wiring availible. go with something like there KLMX 4AWG amp kit

Agreed, nice sub dude. Make sure it is in the right box. There are a few good amps for sale right now. Let us know what you find and we will let you know what is the best for you. Get some of that wire jalat suggested as you don't want to have low voltage issues with the new amp.

now I have my Sub Volume at Max and I can turn my Steroe up to about 25 or 26 before it would cut out around 22 or 23.

I Have one more question about my new amp The gain looks alot different it has Normal pre out 2 V and preout 4 V abd preout 6.5 V should I try different setting or just leave it normal?

If you have not done as suggested earlier in this thread and installed larger power and ground wires you have made the problem worse, not better.

Your head unit is dimming more now because the new amp is attempting to draw even more power thru your already too small power wire. The voltage drop due to the wire is making the amp draw even more current and this will cause your alternator and it's regulator to overheat and ultimately fail. The additional stress on your amp from the low voltage will shorten it's life as well.

The cost of the wire, fuse and connectors is minor compared to replacing your alternator etc., either spend that money now or a lot more when they fail.....

You can buy a proper 4 gauge power wire kit for this application and a amp that will give the sub the respect it deserves. So far you have done everything as wrong as you possibly can and not taken good advice. If you continue on your path you are going to be facing some nice repair bills as was mentioned above.
