voice coil repair
i just purchased 2 12" alpine type-r subs for 100 bucks (he was asking 200) one of the subs has issues (lucky i brought my amped ride to test) anyways one sub is in good shape (pounds hard) the other had a drywall screw go into the motor vent and jammed into the voice coil (bad way to lose a sub) i have already taken it apart and aside from needing to be rewound its in really good shape but now i need to find someone in the toronto area to wind it(im sure i could do it but would rather have a pro do it right)if you guys have any input for me that would be great(i have already been told to trash it by an alpine dealer but i dont think i could do it for the little that it needs)
thanks
thanks
