The amps that you will see win at dB Drag finals are Hifonics, JBL Crown, RF, You might see Treo get in there and maybe even a vehicle with a few American Bass 200.1

what its worth Ive tested the American Bass 200.1 on my 12 volt system at 0.5 ohm no problemo what so ever

crazy4bass ... if you want to make it a fair test put them up side by side in the same vehicle on the same subs on the same electrical system... then you will know which one is better... there is no other true test!

Just so that you know... No, they suck for SPL and street.

Innefeicent, and they don't make a wack of power like others do.

Good amp for SQ and getting fairly loud... Yes.

I don't mean to start an "I told you so" post.

Buuutt.. Team Loud at ESB has just broken the record by a fair ammount. 177.8

Edit -- HOLY CRAP... apparently on the Termlab client chat Team Loud just said they are going to pull a 180 tomorrow.

I know talk is cheap.. but it's still something to watch for!#$

hmmmm just played around with the American Bass 200.1 at 0.25 ohm
result is not too bad at all 38volts and 69.6amps\totaling 2644.8 watts RMS...this test was done on a single semi charged Optima Yellow top 31 series with 2 RE10SX's dual 1 ohm coils
