ok tried like hell to get more out of the amps... and was not successful.
0.45 ohm was even worse ... I tried what was suggested 1 volt in 80 volts out
connected my load and boom ... the results
2407.92 watts =63.2 output ,38.1 amps... 1.65 ohms

btw... NO LOAD 1 volt input, gain cranked full gets aprox 104 volts

something is teling me other wise..but Im gonna be testing at higher impedances

they are goo damps. but they are more made for sq amps in my opinion. They do some great power, bufor spl street amplifiers there are better choices out there for you.

Peter i dont know what u are doing but when we tried a 200.1 on 12v with car off it beat a D3 at 0.5 ohm easy with no protection or cutting out.

1v 80v out is not always the best combo. best results for me was like 2v in and gains almost pinned. i believe that varies alot depending on what deck u are using.

the best way i have found to actualyl set up and amp, and to find it's peak is with an osillascope. you just have to take the time to learn to use it, play with it, and BAM your amp works great!

Getting a scope is also important.

And those things are expensive!!

oh about the 200.1's Peter finally found their sweet spot he told me #'s but dont remember, somewhere in the area of 7000+ watts out of a strapped pair. And if im not mistaken the only other amps that can put out that much power or more is the RF T3000's.

I assume you mean to include the E-Audio and SPL Dynamics in this as well (all being the same amp).... right?
