But you still didn't test the 16kD right?

Nope not yet. I'm sure it will take a couple weeks for Jeremy to get his 16k's. If he has them by the Feb 21st show we'll test it out then

So I was working on my music peaks again today. Placing 4 in pvc here and there and found a combo that allows me to sit on 49.5-50.3 for what seems like an eternity Coils dont heat up and the gooped surround is still intact lol

Now comes the strange part. Towards the end of my testing I decide to burp it to see what my burp is with my music settings and hit 152.3 at 41hz 10 clicks below my normal burp level. lol

I'll be back at it tomorrow investigating that burp increase

Maybe your coils like it warm. My mach5 sub would get it's best scores when it was to hot to even touch. The AQ's are the opposite, and make the best score on their first burp cold.

you are louder at a lower volume? that's why your speakers were breaking.

MY music settings are not flat which is where I've been burping at. In the past it was much harder on my subs with bass added, sla upped etc..
