Not that we know anything about stetsom at all
Hey guys... trust me, I KNOW it took too long. Lets just say I bit off more than I could chew at this time of year. (running shows, attending shows, playing football, getting married... yadda yadda!)

I'd love to test the 3k's out, but won't even consider it until after the wedding is done! (2 more weeks.. )

You're right, I need to get my impedance down (working on it) but I should also mention that I was using the 2 Ohm version of the Stetsoms. So having a box rise that puts the impedance at just over 3 really shouldn't have been too bad for it.

My friends who tested them on a lower coil (SPL Inc and Team Xmax) both found that if they dropped much lower then the amp would just shut down.

I have some dual 2's on their way so I HOPE I can get some more test time. To be honest though, I don't see it making too much of a difference. These amps just aren't efficient enough on 12v.

That would be beautiful... but not for a couple of weeks.

the big day is on the 6th... then I'm away on a honeymoon from the 7th until the 14th. I'm off work the week of the 15th-19th with nothing to do so that would be a perfect time to test though!

Congrats on the wedding Jordy We won't make you test any amps on your wedding day, promise!

PS: I might be in the same boat as you soon

Tricked? How so?

Mine just kept on nagging for me to propose until I did. No big surprise that she accepted haha.

True dat. 16 volts or better for those amps. I`ll test it out first tho in the daily.
