soo what i am going to do is it is omost dry now i am going to align the wood back together then screw it in soo its flush again then i am convering the box in figreglass to make sure its sealed propelry on the outside then prime thne paint also give me the show look not just a mdf box ..
does anyone see any negatives to the fibreglass thing ?

Just that if that is mold(which is what it looks like to me), the mold can then eventrually turn into spores, which eventually turn into dangerous stuff :d I would just replace that part of the box, with new stuff then fibreglass the crap outta it :d

Line-X spray-on truck bed liner. My buddy runs Line-X Calgary South, and has sprayed a couple boxes for me now.
This new box is great, I had them spray the inside smooth instead of bumpy like the last one.
Total waterproofness. And it's really tough, I use it as a workbench/cutting board often. Looks slick too. A full rainbow of colours available too.
