Man do I need so much power to the K2p? I mean it's only rated 70W RMS. I kinda want the front stage to be all Focal that's why looked into Focal but they are pricy. The RF 451s was ok but they are more like a sub amp right?

If I do have the budget, instead getting a Focal 2.150 and give each channel a clean 150W into 4ohm, I can get a Kicker KX550.2 to do 205W and still save couple hundred bucks.

Thanks! To be exact I used 2 flash lights and a Nikon D70 camera. Lens is 18mm-70mm, the kit lens.

I saw back there somewhere you mentioned a 300/2 . They sounded ok on that amp but sounded alot better on 2 of them . I,m running 1 to the tweets and 1 to the mids . 150 watts per tweet may sound like alot but the tn52 is 8 ohm so they only see about 75w each . they sound alot smoother once the passive xover is not used . I strongly recommend an active setup with this set .

Try your RF amp and see how it does. It's a good amp. If you feel they still need more power go out and get a bigger amp.

Whether you need to drop the larger bills on a Focal,Audison, etc. piece over a Kicker or other similar unit is up to you. Will a similar powered high dollar amp sound better than the lower dollar unit is a question that will remain for a long time to come.

How does the K2p perform if under powered? I mean what will it sound like? As for the dual JL 300/2 is not what I can afford at least not what I plan to do. If I need to feed them lots power, I will simply buy a 4 channel amp then bridge it to give 200W-300W per channel, for example a Eclipse XA4000 or Alpine PDX-4.150 and MRP-F550 should do.

Found a good price on a Genesis dual mono and Audison Vrx 2.400. I think both are good but still comparing. Does Genesis dual mono have enough power for the k2p?
