Anyway it does sound like a ground issue, IF it only comes on with the engine on and revs with the engine. It is either from 1) the amp (clean your ground and connections, 2) the HU (improve the ground connection), 3) ungrounded RCA or damaged RCA (put in a jumper from the outer ring of the RCA to a ground point OR replace the RCA)
