Least me got the good ole chl, so were not totally at a loss for hockey, How could 500$million a year o whatever it was not change anything ot at least get an agreement for a year or 2, to see how it works out give it a shot if the Nhl doesn't see that it's working and proves it the the NHLPA with facts then go from there.
