It's way more expensive than the e8a sub @ $259. (on sale)

The e8a is better value for your money , no ?

To me it's not really about the money, it's not about saving the weight,it's about value, and quality sound , at a quality price, with a lil weight savings, and a lil $$$ savings. [img]smile.gif[/img]

too bad, too, I'd love a pair of either of these...


they'd look so nice tucked into the crook's of my rolllbar..

I should have an e8a running in my car by next week. Hopefully it will sound nice.

I am gonna build a ported box for it.

RE8s get loud I will agree but those buggers really need the back plate extended more.

In a ported box, and in a ABC box, I bottomed those things out countless times with less than 150w a side. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

And one 8 in a sealed box I dont think would be able to take on a 10 or a 12 with the same power.


I will put my $70 12" up against your RE8 any day.

maybe if the e8's were a bit cheaper....

my whole argument is the 259.00 e8 wouldnt beat the 129.00 10"...so ergo the ten is a better value, IMHO
