well it does make a statement, yes!

will it bring satisfaction... yes

no hangover
it is legal
satisfaction every time you look at the car, every time you drive

a waste of money, only if it doesnt provide satisfaction and let me tell you selecting the plan, developing the plan changing the plan as you build, selecting components, overcoming obstacles creating art where only sheet metal was is pretty satisfying. Spending several thousand to do a tens of thousands build is also educational, you will learn more about electricity, how stuff works, heat transfer, acoustics and yourself in the process. Quite a bargain. many stereos cost more than the vehicle costs (not in this case though) so the 'is it worth it' question is a little different than you once thought.

He's selling it to Hybrid Audio via their trade in program and changing over all of his speaker the Hybrid Line.

Should be a fun build.

15k more like 24k...it's my hobby, regardless of the vehicle and it's value!

No install updates but new gear is rolling in. By the end of January everything should be here.

Here's today's new toy!

701 end of this week....Hybrid Audio's L1,3,6's 2 weeks or so!

The most expensive optical cable ever and bypass module was priced far.
H701 is on back order...still waiting! At least I can wire up the HU.
