trk2loud, hmmm u could play in the Rookie 2 class if u disconnect 2 of your caps. U really do not need all those caps for that amp. One yellow top battery would do probably much better.
however there was a suggestion to remove the capacitance limit. what does everyone think

in the rookie class engine on, why would it be off???? this isnt db drag
if your amp pops a fuse too bad, we are concenred with the fuses primarily, not the amplifiers. if your 2400 watt pops your 150amp u loose that round.
fuses can be of any type as long as they are of automotive 12volt nature. that means no house or industrial fuses.

did you find a difference between say...19 not all 20? or what about 10?..why not just run big as$ buss bars
ya at the end they were huge buss bars going onto the battery posts, and then to each amp. LOL..
i had 10 ground, and 10 positive... so in i would only need 10 fuses..
.
well we realized that there was only a .1 voltage drop between 5, and 10 rums of each..... so i'm sure 5 runs of power, and 5 ground would have been just fine.

u might want to try a higher class, rules for wich are still being developed.

I gotta check all my wiring... after each winter it is recommended to check everything since all the slush n crap will help corrode and oxidize our "oxygen-free" wire that we pay soo much for...BS
