Thats not right. It don't matter what meter or format we are in spl all the same. Just remember the AC is 1-2 dB higher and respect the numbers just the same imo.

I understand totally, but theres a time to take the high road and a time for other options. This is a high road time. You know where I stand and I will help with shows any way I can.

There are rumours that Team Shadow will be putting on shows in 2011. I`m sure that they can help to pick up the slack.

If I can find better deals on stuff, then I`ll put on 3 at my shop. I`m sure that I can convince other shops in my area to buck up too.

no offence to iasca but , most of western canada only follows db drag , not very many people can afford to drive all the way to iasca finals and db drag finals , and guerenteeed if shops are paying team shadow to do shows their going to be paying atleast 1500 plus which doesnt resolve the loss shops take on shows

Team Shadow does push the industry. As for their cost, it`s up to the host to negotiate that with them.
IASCA SQ seems to be the bar to rise to.
If we put on DB Drag & IASCA SQ for one or two shows, would that keep the masses happy?
Ima do a poll on this issue.

but really a shows a show , and reguardless of what sanction it is ill support all the shows , it will be great to see usaci happening again that was the format I started competing with and what got me into competing, about 5 or so years ago james came to the island and did a usaci show in my hometown it was one of the biggest turnouts ive ever seen at a show, james judged the spl and did usaci sq it was a great show and being my first show and first time competing got me into the sport , dustin page came out to the show and took the canadian record at that time with 155 db I learned alot at that show checking out his explorer and seeing what it took to get loud
