Yuli and I have competed longer then most people on here even knew what dB drag was.

I just see it as a waste of money to have a Buffalo and Canadian (Ontario) finals. The proximity of both are just too close to each other to benefit anyone. The Canadian finals will be the same as every other show in Ontario with the exception of Murilo being there for the Finals (which he would probably be at the buffalo one otherwise).

Pool the resources together and make the Buffalo finals better then any of the other locations (attendance wise) maybe Wayne will see that the north east is the place to be for finals.

Canadian finals will only have 12-18 competitors there. To me that is not much of a finals.

So, since finals will be in in Buffalo....are you gunna participate? Ive spoken to a couple "retired" competitors and they might make a comeback.

why should he participate? year after year db drag said SUCK IT to people like Chris, myself and a bunch of others. If they think they are getting our membership money ever again.........they are sadly mistaking.

they would rather have a finals the second time at a location that failed badly once already than to actually put in work and time and have a finals in Canada.

look who's doing all the work to have a finals? It's Don, on his time and out of his pocket. Why? that beats me.

why isnt db drag helping him after all the Canadian dollars spent on memberships and show fees?

this is retarded, our competitors remind me of a dumb blonde.

I think a good solution would be to refund thos people who paid by letting them enter at a cheaper cost or even for free and they can join the Buffalo show. That would make many people who paid and got screwed over a lot happier and since the competition in Buffalo is happening for sure then there is no real lost.

It might just help people like Yuli and Xpensive respect them again. I know you cant refund the cash but a refund for a free year competition might make them feel a little better and bring them back.

Just throwing an idea out there.

its not a small local org dude, its DB Drag, world wide competition orginization. Its nice to suggest letting them compete for free, but thats not going to happen. If it does, buffalo, cali, brazil and italy all get free entry too, thats not good business to lose money like that.

it seems like worse business to put out a product available to anyone but treat your members in such a manner. of all the competitors at a given show, how many are actual members?

I agree with Chris and Yuli that Canada has been over looked for finals and its kinda insulting. For years Ontario had a huge population of competitors and i think the numbers are few now because drag has disregarded Canadians for finals.

Im not as lucky as these guys, i always wanted to compete in this sport and by the time i had my chance, the glory was gone. Last season i got my slap when i bought my membership then finals went to Tulsa!!! This season I have a chance and Bill, Erie, and Don have stuck their necks out to Wayne and we have a chance at one of two reasonable locations, I dont think im a "dumb blonde" because i want a chance at finals before the sport is dead. Perhaps this sport would turn around if vets would let the past be and try to support these guys in their efforts.
