My buddy nate has a new ford focus and he did a 150.7 off of one stock battery and kinetik 1800 in the trunk. He only had two runs of 0 ga and they were fused. He used two american bass 500.1 on a single tf one 15. His box is still raw and there hasn't been much testing to the car. There is no sound deadening. Over the winter we will hopefully put more work into the car and the box.

 

I was unaware the Focus had a trunk. I thought they were hatchbacks?

the only problem with a small trunk is putting the equipment in it. Two 500.1s and the extra battery was a tight fit. This weekend will probably try two 2150s in his trunk with two atomic 7ks.

 

On one 15" TF1? Man, I need more power...

I know I'm impressed with mine. I've got to plan for a setup that allows for daily use and maybe just switch the VC config and port tuning to compete. Don't need that kind of power for daily, just need it available for comps without too much crap to switch back and forth. Daddy needs a new amp for Xmas.
