are you not a certified judge for Db Drag?

that is one form of affiliation that is not allowed but prostock, advanced and ultimate are right up your alley.
Say I wasn't one that did dB Drag shows. Then?
I'm really curious as to what constitutes "being affiliated".

I got where I am now by shopping at FX Audio. I din't know anyone before.

i think that idea of pro stock and ameuter classes is actually a really good idea, i think it will help bring out more of the guys that are scared to compete..due to guys that are sponsored..or veterans.

yes it is quite nice to be attractive to the newbie and just as exciting to go into a class full of seasoned competitors and put your setup against veterans. choice is nice and choice is also good. winning is nice. set your goals and go out there and get'er done

rules are posted at sanction websites for everyone to compare and prepare.

Have a great year competing and see you all in the lanes.

Just on the topic of affiliated and not. The Stock and Pro-Stock idea is absolutely great in theory...but in reality it does very little IMO for the newbie. Just look at the list of top competitors in stock and street the last couple years. You will realize that the loud guys are officially "non-affiliated".

And lastly, sponsership doesn't make you loud...you have to work for that.

Angry

I know here in Alberta most of the shops in the last 3 years haven't had trophies, and thats a big deal, who wants to go and get a cheap head unit for a prize, you want the trophy. Little bit of a sore spot really for alot of guys out here.
