Wow I just got off the phone with my sis.. seems she gets herself into some messed up situations sometimes...
This is all new to me but some may have read about it in the paper...
Story goes her old roommate who is a complete sketch case and some other guy she knows got busted with some narcotics.... the cops put pressure on them and they say they got it from my sis instead of ratting on thier dealer.... (the old roomate has a grudge, the other guy is just an idiot)
well they go off to jail and next thing you know a swat team is at my sis's apartment kicking in her door... warrant said they are looking for cocain and illegal firearms...
Of course they don't show anyone the warrant.. they kick in the door dressed in black fatigues with ****ing ski maskes and assult weapons drawn.. no identification what so ever... Then proceed to beat the **** out of everyone there.. one guy has 3broken ribs, another guy got a fractured jaw.. ect..
Apparently as one guy was getting kicked my sis's dog comes out from hiding under a couch and starts barking... cop shoots the dog....
HOLEY **** !
Luckily my sister wasn't home.. it was her roommate and a bunch of her friends...
what was the result...? they found a bag of green stickey which should definatly be a major crime to have on a friday night...
I know the kid who got booted in the face and he's a good kid.. his old man is a religious figure and I know he comes from a really good familly that does alot of community service... (turns out their next door neighbour is also a criminal lawyer who is taking on their case..)
Anyway, I guess formal complaints have been filled and my sis wants to sue the city for the $3000 vet bill to save her dog, ect... (course you won't see that in the paper)
haha, I guess she was made out to look pretty bad in the police press release.. stating she had 3 vicous dogs and it was a drug bust, ect.. (yea, you can imagine my familly was a little shocked, poor grandma prolly almost has a heart attack reading that.. lol)
Anyway, my sis aint no angle but shes not a bad person.. and I can't believe this happened to these kids.... Iam actually pretty pissed off.. seems I hate ****ing cops in general more and more everyday...

sorry to here that man. tell your sis i hope her dog gets better real soon. see now does every one know why i hate cops? thier ****in retards. you don't ****in shoot a dog for barking. honestly if i started yellin at cop are you gonan shoot me. if i ****in leap on yeah shure you'd shoot me with a tazer gun/pepper spray me. **** i hope they get thier asses handed to them for that. honestly thats utter bull ****. the ****in system is flawed. you get some of the good cops, but thats rare. the cops here in town are good easy going guys which i like. they understand we are young and stupid and don't give us to much trouble.

^ chunk if anyone there would have resisted there is no doubt in my mind they would have got shot... they had guns drawn, not tasers or pepper spray... that is scary ****... I believe the swat generally carry either tacticle shotguns or MP-5s which is probably what the dog was shot with...
what a bunch of cowboys...
And all on the word of two hood rats trying to save their own sorry asses....

is the dog ok? that is bull ****. you don't shoot an unarmed person.
i thougth i heard somethign from a cop once. they will not shoot unless they are being shoot at?
kinda weird that does not apply to swat...
hmmm thinks: maybe i should go to the RCMP station and ask them this to comfirm it...

Haunz, it's Gestapo. And if they were Gestapo you wouldn't be writing this, because everyone in that apartment would be dead or disappeared. It definitely sounds like excessive force but equating it to Gestapo is just stupid.

Well, I told my sis today -learn from this- stop hanging out with LOOSERS... so hopefully she does.. the guy who was her roomate was like 32, no job, no ambition... He already caused a stupid amount of drama... then this happens...
