Yes, he is quite the idot believing that someone should be charged for breaking the law and commiting a criminal offence.

What would you do in that same situation if you had a pitbull barking aggressively at you and approaching you after you busted someone's door down?

Haunz make a good point about someone's grandmother and terrorists in her basement. More investigation would be neccessary.

weed is not narcotics. they looked for narcotics. these kids can easly get this weed charge dropped given the circumstances it was found under.

Yes, I was just referring to the point that it is still a crime to possess pot.

^ it shouldn't be... the laws are rediculous... prohibition only creates criminals out of everyday citizens and gives the real criminals an avenue to profit in...

you end up with town houses setup as grow rooms from roof to basment making the owners filthy rich while stealing kw after kw of power from the electrical grid... Oh and don't forget BC's second major export... lol..

BTW, the amount the pigs found would have got a $110 fine under the ledgeslation they were trying to put through parlament... (one of few things that sucks with the liberals getting the boot)

To MR2 or anyone else who wants to argue about it... if you still don't see my point of view we are just going to have to agree to disagree...

Yeah, what I meant was I don't disagree that it is an unjust law, it is however a law. they knew full well that they were breaking the law when they bought that weed. I do agree that it should be decriminalized thought, and that over a bag of weed, they didn't deserve to be beaten, or have their dog shot. But, when you associate with the wrong people, bad things sometime happen

I need a lifejacket, I'm about to float away. If you do not like the laws as they are written, run for government and change them. You just might need to listen to what the majority of Canada says though, it is a resounding no to the legalization of marijuana. Why do you think the Marijuana party has not made it into parliament? Were they too stoned to know better or did they have a one sided view as you do?

I can see it now.....Haunz for PM because he wants to legalize pot. Nice one little guy.

Back to square one Haunz, the whole thing would never have happened in the first place if your sister would have been more careful about the people she calls friends. Might want to consider that one yourself by the sounds of it. Grow up son, the day you do you might see things from a different perspective rather than that of a 20 yr. old that doesn't agree with the popo.

Oh...just rubbed the crystal ball and guess what I saw....you in a major car accident clinging to life and the police officer coming to help you you flip out on as you don't like the police anymore because they made a mistake and are human. Funny how points of view change based on how it affects you or someone you know....

If I was the cop, I would die trying to save someone else's life, regardless of what they have done or what their views are. Tickets to everyone who doesn't buy from me.
