Resonant Engineering purchased motor parts from Onyx Audio that Onyx deemed to be defective. These parts were used in both our lower SE and HC lines. Any and all Onyx names and marks should have been removed from the product before being used, but in light of the above pictures, apparently were not.

As an HC15 owner I would like to know the nature of the deemed defects. Are they cosmetic (which I personally can live with), or more of a functonal/mechanical nature. I purchased a new sub in good faith.

WOW!! I can't beleive that you would just come out and say something like that without an explanation! What a great way to cause unrest within your existing customers and to detour new customers from buying. I would clear the air on this because it could really hurt business.
