last years rules you could remove any seats that did not require tools to remove them.

nwo this year they initially set it at what you said, no exceptions, nos eats remove din street classes. but then the secondary draft stated that you must have seating for four. so a van could remove third row seatings, and crx's possibly eliminated? if im wrong anyone, let me know, but you have an explorer... no worries lotsa rooms behind those seats of yours.
