its completely sealed. angle of the baffle determines frequency, as well as the width of the port opening

The worst part was buffing that rust off, I had purchased the steel a year ago and after i decided to ditch that blazer it sat outside for 7 or 8 months till was put into this build.
Haha nice!

Grinding the rust off the tubes outside at -10C, just another day, hehe.

Back then I only knew how to use the stick welder, I guess is too old-school for you?

When you find some torque on this gas-guzzler you can come here in Winnipeg for some testing. (told you to buy the 6.5L)

Well boy, I probably learned stick when you were a twinkle in your dads eye, but you must know by now mig/tig is like SD vs any other china amp?
Ya the 6.5 might better on fuel but I thunk I got more. Horses from this gas pot

As for amp test ya it is sMe one and it must very well be a meter issue cuz those who have sd know that emf causes some inaccurate readings , but none the less I think the output is correct as there was alot of volume left on tunes Before clip lite come on

Well santa brought me some 3/4 X 1.5" flat for christmas. And I was alone at shop today and so between answering phones and sending guys out I managed to get one set drilled for top posts, drilled and tapped to anchor to top post and got 12 connections drilled and tapped. If I am lucky this weekend I will get a good start on the new year.... I have 6 lenths of 1X1 tube left to install, and hope that sunday will dispose of it. Pixs to come mid next week. If goes my way !
