Weekend was alot of blood and sweat. That PL Premuim is tough stuff. Not very easy getting stuff apart and still have the back wall to get out yet, have to find a recip saw and 6" blade to cut it out

But did get Drivers door panel mounted and driver dash almost ready . Floor is pretty much ready.

Had to work with some MDF again man I been spoiled with that birch ! But didnt want to waste alot of money on baffles for future change if this dont turn out very well. Still sneezing/Spitting that dust good thing for the beer to wash it down there was alot of holes to cut. Still a ways to go on it, and some more steel for reinforcement Not much time to be put in this weekend, Have to take it off for the wife as it is her bday this weekend and I been at it too much as of the last while.

For now it will be 4th. Still debating on loading wall. dont want to close it in too much to take away the veiw or seat room. Have the back set up so It can move forward ? back so wont be much to convert to 6th if want to. So much work to go yet. Currently working on Idle control so that the cruise module will be seeing input from engine rpm instead of driveshaft , then it will modulate throttle to maintain set rpm under load.

Well here is a start to the parts for the idle control , need to get to lathe to make sprocket fit onto crank pulley, Then some wiring and will test. maybe this week, but doubt it as have more important issues to take car of....

The Sprocket has 48 teeth to it , the output shaft has 40 so frequency should be very close for the required 50 to 150khz that the cruise module is looking for.
