Didnt do much on saturday. too busy and still recovering from the show the night before , But sunday I went to my buddies place to get some schooling on glassing, and as well Have been drawing a blank on how to place the mids and make them look good. And ya he made quick work of it and it is going to rip my face off I am sure. I cant wait to finish it. lots of work to go yet though.

Resin will make you go bald!

 

well have a 3 and 3/8 tach/speedo head for infront of wheel, and then the other gauges will go into middle yes.. hoping it will turn out ok. Put more resin on last night and some mat, Def going to be a long road, There is a reason I dont glass and I can see why you is going bald my friend lol.. I maybe too by the end of this

Stomper, what kind of speakers are you going to be using for your mids and highs?

 

Some 6.5" coax and some 6.5"componets, will be active set up , going to isolate tweets from mids.

 

I vote for getting the front D60, 6bt, gearbox and transfer case out of a donor Dodge. That way things are simplified a bit.
Either way, with that much weight, a 4bt is small.
