Answer me this...is it not the right of the customer to know why the part on HIS sub was deemed defective by Onyx and even RE themselves?
If RE had decent QC HOW could the people glueing on the rubber piece covering the big ONYX logo miss that it still says ONYX on the magnet...if that person was too stupid to realize that they are working for RE instead of onyx then they should not be working there.
and for you people saying "its not a big deal" well to me it is! If i were buying a so called "brand new" RE sub i would hope the whole sub was top quality and made to the highest standards...if RE buys defective parts to make their subs to save THEMSELVES a little extra money and they dont even have the common sence to make sure the onyx logo is grinded off then come on...that made RE look pretty bad and honestly...i am another customer they have just lost.

how would you feel if you bought a ford bronco with firestone tires and found out that there was an issue relating to vehicle and tire
oh ya ford has a non disclosure contract
so you knowing there is a non discolsure go and burrow your head like an ostrige right
non dislosure smells really bad
p.s. if onyx dosn't have a problem with there product why don't they want to air it
the problem out saying nothing will fix nothing
is anyone actually reading and comprehending what has been said in these threads?

W7's and other more well known high end subs sell FAR MORE units than RE and other smaller companies. Thus more chances of consumer misuse and a higher rate of failures.

Kriston </font>[/QUOTE]I'll agree with ya there kriston, also the people buying RE subs etc.. are less likely to misuse
